Vegetable Reduces Cognitive Decline

Study Links Vegetable Consumption with Slower Cognitive Decline

A study of older Chicago residents, published in Neurology, concludes that those who eat plenty of vegetabels experiences less cognitive decline. The study found that leafy vegetables were more strongly associated with slowed decline.
